Abstract

The granting of compensatory goods is possible if there are lands or constructions, within the city area, available to the commission constituted for the application of Law no. 10/2001, respectively goods that are in the private property of the territorial administrative unit, other than those necessary for the reconstruction or constitution of the property right according to the laws of the land fund, observing in this sense the provisions of art. 12 of Law no. 165/2013.
