About the Journal

"Revista Română de Jurisprudență" (RRDJ) is a publication of Universul Juridic Publishing House, specially created to become the proper publicity support, open to in-depth and critical analyses and comments on the problems faced by current judicial practice. With the initial support of Mr. Bogdan Dumitrache and published in 2009, Revista Română de Jurisprudență has become a dynamic and useful journal, closer to legal practitioners and their needs, while providing them with support for both theoretical and practical approaches.

Currently, Revista Română de Jurisprudență is considered the most useful journal of applied legal research in Romania.

The journal sets out to be a forum for the study and deepening of the main branches of law, from a practical, jurisprudential perspective, the essential concern of the journal consisting in capturing the most important, current and burning issues, in order to bring them to light, to submit them to debate and exchange of views for the benefit of all.

Aiming to provide a complete and constantly updated overview of case law, the Journal contains in its pages sections of commented or annotated judicial practice, "to date", both of the Romanian courts, including the Constitutional Court, as well as the Court of Luxembourg and the Court of Strasbourg, which represents the bulk of its economy, but also editorials, analyses and summaries of case law on current topics of law.

"Revista Română de Jurisprudență" is published quarterly, and since 2022, each issue has been dedicated to a specific legal issue. The Journal is edited by PhD. Univ. Prof. Evelina Oprina, as CEO, and PhD. Associate Prof. Mihaela Mocanu, as Editor-in-Chief.
